Provider Terms & Conditions

Welcome to EXIT. These Terms & Conditions apply to all service providers who register, access, or provide services through the EXIT platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering as a provider on EXIT, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not register or use EXIT as a service provider.

2. Provider Registration

Providers must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including:

3. Provider Responsibilities

Providers are responsible for:

EXIT is a technology platform that connects customers with independent service provider.EXIT does not provide any uniform,clothings,dress,ID card,tools,or material to services provider.EXIT recommends wearing a clean ,professionals dress.Wearing or not wearing EXIT branded cloths does not create any employer-employee relationship between EXIT and service provider.

service providers are independent services not employees of EXIT.

EXIT shall not be responsible for any accident,injury,death,property damage,vehicle damage,or loss araising during the tyre puncture services or while the customer or servece provider is travelling to or from the service location.

 

4. Service Bookings

Providers may receive service requests through EXIT.

A provider should accept a booking only when they are reasonably available and capable of completing the requested service.

Once a booking is accepted, the provider is expected to fulfill the service according to the agreed booking details.

5. Pricing and Charges

Service pricing may be determined according to the rates, packages, or pricing structure available on EXIT.

Providers must not charge customers additional amounts without proper disclosure and, where required, customer approval.

EXIT may apply applicable platform fees, commissions, subscription charges, or other charges as communicated to providers.

6. Payments

Payments for completed services may be processed through the payment methods supported by EXIT.

Where applicable, provider earnings may be subject to platform fees, taxes, refunds, adjustments, or other applicable deductions.

Payment processing times may vary depending on the payment method and applicable settlement process.

7. Cancellation and No-Show

Providers should avoid cancelling confirmed bookings without a valid reason.

Repeated cancellations, late arrivals, or failure to attend confirmed bookings may result in warnings, restrictions, suspension, or termination of the provider account.

Providers must treat customers respectfully and professionally.

Providers may receive customer information required to complete a booking.

Such information must only be used for providing the requested service.

Providers must not sell, share, misuse, or retain customer information for unauthorized purposes.

Providers are responsible for the quality and proper completion of the services they provide.

Customers may submit ratings, reviews, complaints, or feedback through EXIT.

EXIT may review complaints and take appropriate action where necessary.

EXIT does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform.

Providers are responsible for their own services, conduct, equipment, applicable licenses, registrations, taxes, and legal obligations.

Registration on EXIT does not automatically create an employer-employee relationship between EXIT and the provider unless separately agreed in writing.

16. Limitation of Liability

 

To the extent permitted by applicable law, EXIT shall not be responsible for direct or  indirect accident ,incidental,damages or consequential losses arising from services provided by a provider or from interactions between providers and customers.

Providers remain responsible for their own acts, omissions, negligence, and service obligations.

17. Changes to These Terms

EXIT may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Updated terms may be published through the application or website. Continued use of EXIT after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India.
